This allows your company to monitor sales operations and provide logistical support. Location data is used only during work hours or when necessary for sales activities and is not shared with third parties.

c. Sales and Order Data:

  • Sales and Transactions: The App records sales, orders, invoices, payments, product pricing, stock availability, and supplier details. This data is transmitted to and synchronized with your company’s Manter ERP system to facilitate real-time business reporting and analytics.

d. Usage Data:

  • App Usage Information: We collect information on how the App is used,

    including pages viewed, features accessed, and the time spent on different sections. This

    data helps us improve the App’s performance and user experience.

  • Log Data: We automatically collect log data when you interact with the App,

    including your IP address, browser type, and timestamps of activity

a. To Provide App Services:

  • ERP Connection: Your login credentials and account information are used toestablish a secure connection between the App and your company’s Manter ERP system, enabling you to manage field sales activities such as recording orders, generating invoices, and viewing product stock.
  • Sales Route Management: The App uses location data to optimize salesroutes and help sales staff follow predefined routes, improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: The sales, order, and stock data collected by the App are synchronized with your company’s ERP system to manage transactions and product inventory in real time.

b. To Improve the App:

  • App Performance and Analytics: We may use usage data and log information to identify technical issues, optimize features, and improve the overall performance of the App.
  • Personalization: The App uses your profile information to provide personalized features such as your daily tasks, route management, and sales reports.

deliveries, and track field operations. Location tracking is only active during work hours or when necessary for business purposes. You have the option to disable location tracking through your device settings, but doing so may limit certain features of the App, such as route management.

You can uninstall the App at any time, which will remove all locally stored data from your device. You may also request the deletion of your data by contacting your company or by reaching out to us directly.
